If having young children sometimes it's not very convienient staying in hotels as other guests can complain. For the duration of your stay our villa is your home enabling you to enjoy the space, spread out and relax in the privacy of your own screened and heated pool for the duration of your stay. Enjoy watching the sun rise whilst sitting on the patio with an early morning cup of tea/coffee and watching it set again in the evening on the front porch with a glass of wine.

The villa is located on a small, select development called Loma Vista, being close to all the major attractions and other entertainments, but far enough away for you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Loma Vista is a few minutes drive from exit 58 on the main Interstate 4 (Orlando to Tampa Highway) Going west from Orlando). As well as being within 15 minutes of Disney World, it is just 15 mins from the main 192 highway through Kissimmee, central for most things, shops, restaurants and attractions.

Universal Studios and Sea World are both within a 20-minute drive. The Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa beach and Daytona beach are all just over an hours drive away. Busch Gardens is 40 minutes away and Clearwater on the Gulf Coast can be reached within 90 minutes.Nearby are several restaurants and fast food outlets and a few minutes drive away are supermarkets one of which is open 24 hours.

For your improved safety a Sheriff’s office and Fire Station are located a few hundred yards away.
